For those of you that are interested, here is a bit of history about the event taken from HuskyCon VI's website:

HuskyCon began some years ago as a gathering of approximately 19 local and out of town players at the Woodring household in Long Island, New York during Dcember of 2002. The event was deemed DonnerCon at Jim Yerky's suggestion. The gathering was characterized as a very relaxed easy going event. Don and Christine prepared excellent food, and guests enjoyed a wide selection of wine. The following August we hosted HuskyConI.

Since that time, HuskyCon has grown quite a bit. The summer following the original gathering we organized a weekend long event. From that first true Con - HuskyConII - HuskyCon has steadily grown each year. Typically the event has been attended by New Englanders with numbers typically ranging between 25 and 30 players. HuskyConIV was attended by the first player from the West Coast of the US: Buz Eddy. HuskyCon V was attended by two players from Paris, one from London and a stray biker from Canada (yes he biked to New York). We had a total of 35 players reports.

So please, feel free to explore our webpage. HuskyCon has many great things to offer and is considered by some to be the most enjoyable US tournament. If, for whatever reason, you do not find the information that you are looking for, email HuskyCon.
